How commission works
When a customer completes a booking through your Pivot Parlor page, we take 10% of the booking value as our commission. We only earn when you do: cancellations with a refunded deposit are never charged, and if you keep a deposit for a no-show or late cancellation, the same 10% applies only to the amount you keep.
